Yellowstone Transportation – Terms and Conditions
Effective as of December 16, 2024, these terms and conditions outline the policies governing services provided by Yellowstone Transportation. By booking a ride with us, you agree to abide by the following terms.
Booking and Reservations
To ensure a smooth and timely experience, passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details when booking. Reservations can be confirmed through our official communication channels, including phone/text, email, or our website. Yellowstone Transportation reserves the right to decline any booking due to scheduling conflicts.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will incur no fees. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total fare will apply. Cancellations must be communicated via email, phone, or text to ensure proper acknowledgment.
Waiting Time Policy
We understand that delays, such as flight arrivals, are sometimes unavoidable. Yellowstone Transportation provides the first 30 minutes of waiting time free of charge. After the initial 30 minutes, a waiting fee of $1.00 per minute will be added to the total fare. Waiting time begins at the scheduled pickup time or when the driver arrives at the designated location, whichever occurs later.
Payment and Fees
Payment is due in full upon the completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and pre-approved electronic payment methods. Quoted fares include tolls, fuel surcharges, and other applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are required to wear seat belts in accordance with state laws. Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence, misuse, or vandalism. Luggage must fit within the vehicle’s capacity limits, and Yellowstone Transportation is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
No-Show Policy
A “No-Show” occurs when a passenger fails to appear at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior communication. In such cases, the full fare will be charged.
Service Animals and Pets
Service animals are always welcome in our vehicles. Pets are allowed but must be in secure carriers and require prior approval at the time of booking. An additional $30 will be charged for animals.
Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to provide timely and efficient service, Yellowstone Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, road closures, airline delays, or vehicle mechanical issues. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to arrange alternative transportation.
Conduct and Safety
Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is not permitted in our vehicles unless prior arrangements have been made for licensed events. Yellowstone Transportation reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Liability Limitations
Yellowstone Transportation’s liability is limited to providing the agreed-upon transportation services. We are not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or events caused by unforeseen delays.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
